The Mirror

Checkout the first 3.5 minute of the video.
When we were born, we had our true personality. As we grow up, we are influenced by family, friends and society. Sometimes, we have to do things against our own will. This leaves us feeling dissatisfied with life. When we neglected any of our negative emotions for a prolonged period, layers of negative emotions accumulated, just like an onion. We lost sight of who we were and developed a 'false' personality.
Have you lost touched with your inner self?

I like what my teacher Lynn said, 'we are the ambassadors of the Bach Flower Remedies system'.
When I'm back from UK, I'll be doing my part to share the knowledge of this wonderful self-healing system with the world.

My bunny Puto, was feeling calm and loving, even on the way to the boarder, after I gave him Rescue Remedy. A vast difference compared to the previous times when I didn't give him Rescue Remedy.

It's very common for us to think a lot, that's why humans have complex thinking. The issue is we are not able to let our minds rest like our physical body. Sometimes, we might even lose sleep over that.

Which emotional states describe why you are over-thinking?
  • White Chestnut - persistent, repetitive thinking that goes on and on like a broken record, yet unable to reach a conclusion?
  • Vervain - intensity and unable to switch off due to a cause you strongly believe in or feel driven to achieve the goal?
  • Honeysuckle - thinking so much about the past that your thoughts are all in past tense?
  • Clematis - day dreaming about magnificent plans but never able to manifest in reality?
  • Scleranthus - mind switching between options like a tennis ball match?

What other emotional states can cause over-thinking too?

The Kind-Hearted Centaury

Those with Centaury personality are very kind-hearted people, so much that they find it hard to say 'no' to others. The issue is they are often taken for granted and treated like doormats by others.

Do they need to change their kind personality because of how others mis-treated them?

No, they shouldn't. No one should change who they really are.

Centaury people can simply use Bach Flower Remedies - Centaury, to help them be able to assertively draw healthy boundaries and say 'no' when appropriate. Let the weakness be transformed into a strength.

Are you a Centaury person?

Sometimes, this might be hard to achieve on our own. And this will mean Pine + Honeysuckle + Star of Bethlehem + Gentian + Larch.
  • Pine to help us release the burden of self-guilt and move on constructively.
  • Honeysuckle to help unlock our mind from the past and bring our focus to the present moment.
  • Star of Bethlehem to help soothe the trauma, distress or shock we had gone through.
  • Gentian to help us come to term with our setbacks and able to try wholeheartedly again.
  • Larch to help us have more self-confidence and overcome our fear of failure.

What other Bach Flower Remedies do you think would be suitable in this case?
