There are people who told me that finding one's life purpose is not possible in a country like Singapore where the cost of living is too high, and some even perceive one's life purpose has to be a job dealing with divine or spiritual, this is not actually so.
This video is able to fully illustrate what it means to find one's life purpose.
I shared with my clients and my talks' participants, that one can still have a life purpose regardless of the types of jobs, be it a cleaner, a lawyer, a doctor, a driver, a construction worker, a housewife, a banker, a healer, etc.
It's not about how glamorous is the job, it's about how one puts passion and commitment to the fullest in one's job duties and roles to serve a cause, to serve others, or to make it a better place for everyone.
A cup of coffee to perk someone's day, a clean toilet to welcome a user, a safe ride for a commuter, a smile for a tourist, a loving home for a child, a safe healing space for a wounded soul. These are examples of serving one's life purpose.
And when one is in harmony with one life's purpose, one will find the greatest satisfaction in life.
This article reminds me of a case I had worked on, using Bach Flower Remedies. It was not an easy healing journey, painful but eventually liberating and worthwhile for her.
A very nice song for the ones who dare to risk to be seen, to be yourself, in all your glory.

When we were born, we had our true personality. As we grow up, we are influenced by family, friends and society. Sometimes, we have to do things against our own will. This leaves us feeling dissatisfied with life. When we neglected any of our negative emotions for a prolonged period, layers of negative emotions accumulated, just like an onion. We lost sight of who we were and developed a 'false' personality.
Have you lost touched with your inner self?
What are the emotional states described here?
It's very common for us to think a lot, that's why humans have complex thinking. The issue is we are not able to let our minds rest like our physical body. Sometimes, we might even lose sleep over that.
Which emotional states describe why you are over-thinking?
Those with Centaury personality are very kind-hearted people, so much that they find it hard to say 'no' to others. The issue is they are often taken for granted and treated like doormats by others.
Do they need to change their kind personality because of how others mis-treated them?
No, they shouldn't. No one should change who they really are.
Centaury people can simply use Bach Flower Remedies - Centaury, to help them be able to assertively draw healthy boundaries and say 'no' when appropriate. Let the weakness be transformed into a strength.
Are you a Centaury person?
Sometimes, this might be hard to achieve on our own. And this will mean Pine + Honeysuckle + Star of Bethlehem + Gentian + Larch.
What other Bach Flower Remedies do you think would be suitable in this case?
