What are the emotional states described here?
My bunny Puto, was feeling calm and loving, even on the way to the boarder, after I gave him Rescue Remedy. A vast difference compared to the previous times when I didn't give him Rescue Remedy.
It's very common for us to think a lot, that's why humans have complex thinking. The issue is we are not able to let our minds rest like our physical body. Sometimes, we might even lose sleep over that.
Which emotional states describe why you are over-thinking?
Those with Centaury personality are very kind-hearted people, so much that they find it hard to say 'no' to others. The issue is they are often taken for granted and treated like doormats by others.
Do they need to change their kind personality because of how others mis-treated them?
No, they shouldn't. No one should change who they really are.
Centaury people can simply use Bach Flower Remedies - Centaury, to help them be able to assertively draw healthy boundaries and say 'no' when appropriate. Let the weakness be transformed into a strength.
Are you a Centaury person?
Sometimes, this might be hard to achieve on our own. And this will mean Pine + Honeysuckle + Star of Bethlehem + Gentian + Larch.
What other Bach Flower Remedies do you think would be suitable in this case?
Can anyone guess which Bach Flower Remedy can unlock your mind from past memories and come back to the present moments? There's so much more we can experience by being with the present now, that's why we called it the 'present'.
Those who know me super well would know that my Chinese writing skill is horrible. Writing a blog post in English would just take me a few quick minutes, as fast as my typing speed could take me. But writing in Chinese, Oh No!
Recently, I'm doing the Chinese translation of my SimplyBach website, which I had dreaded and delayed for so long. I have to put in extra hours of work after a whole day of consultations with clients, so that I can have time for this translation job. But no matter how much I wish this task can be quickly accomplished, my Chinese vocabulary is really 'private limited'!
I would be sighing and grumbling away as I toggled between Google Translate and Chinese online dictionary. Even my hubby felt I was such a comical sight with all my grouching. I felt so exhausted doing the Chinese translation for days and nights.
Today, I took Willow (to help overcome my resentment), Olive (to help overcome my exhaustion) and Impatiens (to help overcome my impatience and irritability over the slowness of this task). These are the passing moods I encountered while doing the task. And Woo Hoo! After sipping the water added with these remedies for a while, my bad moods were gone! Again, my hubby was amused when he saw me patiently, quietly and faithfully continuing to plod on with this arduous task.
So here I am, taking a small break from all those Chinese words flying around my eyes, and happily typing away in English and sharing this story with everyone.
